All orders are sent standard post via NZ Post to any address within New Zealand. Delivery is a flat rate of $5. Please allow a period of 5 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas, and up to 7 business days for delivery to regional areas within New Zealand.
Australia + International orders
Placing an order from elsewhere? All orders are sent standard post via NZ Post. Please allow around 2 weeks for delivery to international addresses, and longer at peak postage times [hello Christmas!]
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for international deliveries – these are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
You can make your payments securely via Paypal with Visa, Mastercard or directly from your Paypal balance. Payment will be cleared automatically once an order has been placed at the checkout.
Shopping outside of New Zealand? Paypal automatically converts pricing to your home currency once you’ve passed through to checkout. Easy!

Please note: if an item has been lost in transit, replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion.
Oh, you’re so thoughtful! Simply specify that your order is a gift in the ‘notes’ field at checkout.
You’ll need to add your own contact details in the billing area, but make sure you use the gift recipient’s name and address in the shipping area at checkout. That way, the gift will be sent directly to the recipient, and the tracking + proof of purchase zapped directly to your inbox.
Returns + refunds

There are no refunds for any digital products or online products. Please choose carefully as your purchase is final. In order to make my e-courses, meditations, virtual readings and other products as affordable and accessible as possible, all purchases are final, and I do not offer any refunds unless otherwise specified.
We want you to absolutely adore what you order, but cannot accept returns unless your goods have been damaged in transit, or are faulty.
If anything you’ve ordered arrives damaged, please contact us straight away, providing us with your order number, and a description or photo of the damage. Please do not return any items before first making contact with us.
