Why are journals + planners only available via pre-sale?
These items are printed to order to take the guess work out of how many copies are needed. No additional stock will be carried once pre-orders close.
When will pre-orders be filled and when will I get my items?
After pre-orders close on 28 October, the 2022 range will be sent to print. Orders will be posted from mid-November in advance of Christmas mailing deadlines. All purchasers will be kept up-to-date via email. Items are sent via regular post, not express or tracked. Please note, delivery can take up to 7 working days within New Zealand, and up to 20 working days internationally – though sometimes longer at peak times and due to Covid delays.
How will I be notified when my items ship?
Your order will be updated to ‘complete’ once it has been dispatched. You will receive an email when that happens. The delivery timeframes above will apply from that date. If your parcel does not arrive in those timeframes please email email@example.com
What if I don’t have PayPal?
When you proceed to payment you will see there is an option to pay with a debit or credit card. You don’t need to have a PayPal account in order for this to be successful.
Can I return my item?
When making a purchase from us, please choose carefully! We want you to absolutely adore what you order, but cannot accept returns unless your goods have been damaged in transit, or are faulty. If anything you’ve ordered arrives damaged, please contact us straight away, providing us with your order number, and a description or photo of the damage. Please do not return any items before first making contact.
